Shipping Policy – ABC Emballuxe

⚠️Theses rules apply only for the orders placed with Montréal (parent company).
If you’re ordering with the next subsidiaries : Edmonton, Vancouver, Ontario – please contact them directly.

At ABC Emballuxe, we do everything we can to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered quickly, under the best possible conditions.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of receipt (business days), subject to product availability.

No order leaves our warehouse until full payment has been confirmed.

To speed up processing, we recommend using a fast payment method such as Visa or Mastercard (American Express cards are not accepted). Adding a credit card to your account also helps speed up order confirmation and shipping.

Minimum Purchase for Delivery

Minimum purchase amount (before taxes) for shipments:

  • Minimum purchase amount: $150 via carrier (Purolator, Canpar, GLS, etc.)
  • Minimum purchase amount: $250 via ABC driver (Montreal, South Shore, Laval only)

Shipping Fees

  • Carrier shipping fees vary based on package size, weight, and delivery distance.
  • ABC Emballuxe delivery is a flat rate of $18. (ABC Emballuxe delivery is available in Montreal, the South Shore, and Laval only.)

Delivery Times (After Preparation)

Delivery times vary based on the chosen shipping method and destination:

    • ABC Emballuxe Standard Delivery (Montreal, South Shore, and Laval) ⏱️ 1 to 3 business days
    • Purolator / Canpar Express (Anywhere in Canada) ⏱️ 2 to 4 business days
    • UPS (United States) ⏱️ 3 to 5 business days (Subject to customs delays and inspections)

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email along with your invoice.
A tracking number can be provided upon request by contacting our sales team for shipments made via Purolator or Canpar Express.

Sales taxes are applied in accordance with applicable laws in the delivery province or country.

Additional Lead Times (Custom Cuts / Custom Products)

If your order includes custom-cut items (acetates, cardboard sheets), please allow up to 4 business days in total for preparation.

In-Store Pickup

If you selected the in-store pickup option, you will receive a notification by email or phone as soon as your order is ready.

Pickup is only available after receiving this notification to ensure item availability.

USA Deliveries (UPS) (UPS)

For orders shipped to the United States, please note that:

    • Customs fees, import taxes, and any additional charges imposed by US authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

    • These fees are separate from the shipping costs charged when placing your order.

    • We recommend checking with US customs authorities regarding potential obligations before finalizing your purchase.

Delays and Tracking

The stated delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:

  • Weather conditions,

  • Time of year (peak season, holidays),

  • Factors beyond our control (strikes, carrier delays, customs inspections, staffing).

ABC Emballuxe cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier once the package has shipped. However, we remain available to assist you with tracking your order.

Incomplete or Out-of-Stock Orders

If an item is temporarily out of stock, our customer service team will inform you promptly. Depending on your preference, we can:

  • Ship available items immediately and send the remaining items in a separate shipment/order later

  • Or hold the entire order until all items are available for shipment.

    To simplify your purchase, we offer several payment options depending on how you order:

    Email or Phone Orders:

    • Credit Cards (Visa / Mastercard)

    • Bank Transfer (Interac e-Transfer)

    On-Site Orders (Montreal Showroom):

    • Cash

    • Debit / Credit Card

    ⚠️ Important Notes Before Ordering:

    📦 Interac e-Transfer Delays: Orders paid by bank transfer will only be shipped once funds have been confirmed by our accounting department. This process may extend delivery times.

    If your order is urgent, we strongly recommend paying by credit card.

    ❌ American Express Cards: Please note that we do not accept American Express (AMEX) cards.
